Revere Village Apartments

We just renewed our lease one more time and we absolutely love this community. The staff and maintenance crew are so helpful and efficient. Signing the lease and submitting work orders are easy and they take care of the work orders FAST. The community is safe and at a very convenient spot (close to Kroger, library, banks, etc.). The apartment and facilities are well kept. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are looking for a place to live in Centerville.

I absolutely love my new apartment in Revere Village Apartments. The size alone sold me as well as the affordability. I have had 0 issues with maintenance coming to fix anything I've requested needing fixed. As you can see from the pictures it was very clean before I moved in and there I so much space and it surprisingly has more storage than I thought I would have. The only con I have thus far is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors, but honestly that is any apartment. I also wish my unit had a washer/dryer connection, but it is nice that they do have community washer/dryers in each set of buildings. Kelly at the front office has been great, she's professional and super helpful.

I would not recommend even if you’re desperate! When we moved in we didn’t even get to see our townhome beforehand, our 1st night we woke up to a huge flood! From the bathroom upstairs into our living room. Mold happened on the walls it never got better just leaked elsewhere. Maintenance said they fixed it but i think they bandaid it. Mold all upstairs, bathroom and master bedroom walls. For it to be located in “centerville “ i found this place to be a dump! The only reason people move there is bc it’s affordable in the best city Centerville. But it’s a trash hole. Very ghetto! Fights broke out ALL the time, police showed up a lot, most of the neighbors smoke weed and it comes into your apartment it’s disgusting! It wasn’t a terrible place to live, however if you like smelling your neighbors cigarettes and weed in your apartment everyday then this is the place for you. The windows grow mold, the walls grow mold even your shower grows mold, you can let them know but they won’t do anything about it until you move out, then they will not only keep your deposit, but then charge you an additional amount to pay. They put a hole in the wall “upgrading” the thermostat and no one ever came back to patch it. I had to. The apartment flooded numerous times and you were lucky if anyone showed up. Don’t worry about your sinks being attached to the bathroom wall they make sure they caulk it on there real nice. This place is a joke! They also charge you an extra 12 bucks a month for renters ins even when they have

a great place to live and in the heart of centerville which is very close to shopping and activities! Very affordable and and the staff are all very accommodating. work orders are completed asap! it’s quiet and the pool is a huge amenity to me and to many others! within walking distance to stores and to Stubbs park! i definately would recommend living here at Revere Village!
