Residences on Riverdale

I was accepted to these apartments but every time I go to the rent office nobody is there, the door is locked!! And no answer from either number they have listed. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. It is currently 1:28 and NOBODY is in the office. If you’re on lunch post a sign stating when you’ll come back but yall really playing with me. This is not a good first impression. Like if I moved here and needed to come by the offices yall wouldn’t even be there.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience so far. I paid a $75 application fee four days ago and have not been able to get any real communication from the office. I’ve called multiple times, and no one answers the phone. Today, I finally got in touch with someone, and I was told they had been sick and never sent off my screening. Meanwhile, I’ve been patiently waiting with no updates. That’s unacceptable. I’m trying to move forward and even send in my documents, including my check stubs, but it’s nearly impossible when no one is willing to communicate or pick up the phone. At this point, it feels like I paid $75 for nothing. This process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.
