Reserve at Riverdale Apartments

Reserve at Riverdale Apartments is truly the best place to call home! The staff is very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I need. The community is quiet, affordable, and conveniently located close to stores and everything you might need. I absolutely love living here — if you’re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend stopping by!

Part 1: Issues with Riverdale apartment I knowingly moved in with a few last-minute walk-through touches that were not complete. However, when I was advised that these items would be taken care of as soon as possible, this is not happened because it’s now been 6+ months and the items are not complete. These items are to include, but are not limited to the following: The initial painting upon move-in was not complete throughout the whole unit. There was only one thin coat of paint done. to the point where you could still see the initial bad paint job that was there before. There were bugs painted over which meant a thorough cleaning wasn’t done prior to paint. We went for almost 2 months with not having doors on the bedrooms and bathrooms. The dishwasher has never been connected proper

Unless you’re facing homelessness do not even think about renting at this complex! The manager is horrible & overall they need new leasing staff as well as new apartments. Would not recommend, will be reaching out to BBB.

Maintenance staff is awesome! I can always count on them to timely complete my work orders. Mrs Frances is always willing to help me when I fall behind on my rent. She will help me with a payment plan! Great community to live in!

Been living here 2 yrs now and have not had any major problems. Management is absolutely awesome!! I’m enjoying my apartment! Maintenance does come and fix any issue that needs to be taken care of in a timely fashion.
