Reliable Properties

OMG sooooooooo horrible , literally unprofessional is an understatement. So much done went wrong since these people have purchased the property from BTM SMMFH, literally allowed for their UNLICENSED contractors too enter my apartment and wipe it clean , left nothing . Straight robbery, owner mark habibi called me private days later only too be cursed out on how unprofessional he was and hung up and he called straight through too offer me $1,000 for property that was well over 10+ thousand . From personal possessions too business items were stolen from my apartment. Car broke in , garage and laundry room broken into , no cameras on property even after all that has transpired. I googled them today 9/7/2022 and was in shocked on my discoveries. I highly recommend people too pass this sick inf

I rented a house from this company for year and a half. On the initial walk through done by Jodi I noticed some mold in the downstairs closet. I asked if it was black mold and she said yes, just spray some bleach on it. There was also a soft spot on the downstairs kitchen area which she assured me it was not rotten. Since my credit was poor I had to pay a double deposit and first six months. By time I was able to break my lease a year and a half later there was mold growing all over the basement walls in the laundry area and the entire floor caved in. I was able to get 180 dollars back on a 1650.0 deposit and I'm still suffering from I'll health effects almost 2 years after leaving their house. 12 antibiotics within a 7month period. Still have sinus problems and chronic fatigue. I'll quote

I was interested in a property with this company. But i had a horrible experience with the leasing agent Christina. I scheduled a showing of the home with her and she stood me up and did not answer any of our calls. Even after being stood up I had to contact the office and was then transferred to her. I rescheduled again. I called to confirm she would be there and she never called back again. I finally texted her and explained i would be coming from south kansas city to kck to view the home and etc. And the only response i got was "okay". No one else at this office was willing to show the property. I feel discriminated against as a co worker says she doesnt do this to others.

Let me start off by saying its like impossible to get a hold of them and they never reach out to you. So the overall renting besides the house literally being a complete dump was ok literally had mold, impossible to get rid of mice, etc. I moved out paying 2 years straight with not being late the move out inspection was good hardly anything was noted that needed to be fixed two doors and some blinds didnt hear anything after that. UNTIL 4 almost 5 months later im getting a collection agency calling me saying i owe 2,500!!!! WHAT?!! I was never informed in the walk out anything that they are trying to charge me for and was never given a move out inspection which after 30 days is pointless to send on their part they tried saying they sent it to the address of the house so you trying to tell
