Regency at Mountain View Apartments

Over the past few months we’ve needed minor maintenance issues and the maintenance team at this location has been EXCELLENT! We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jason, Efrain, and Jhon. Their service is top-tier! They’ve all been very kind, quick to respond to requests, and provided great service! I truly cannot express our gratitude to this team enough! Thank you all for ensuring our needs are met and thank you for going above and beyond with your service! Edit: we had additional service requests and Jason and Angel helped us out immensely! Our microwave and kitchen sink handle needed to be fixed and the two helped us out so quickly! We appreciated the kind and quick service!

EDIT: wow it is really something this got a reply <2 days but tons of emails and calls go unanswered. Ofc I'm using a pseudonym - I don't post reviews without exhausting ALL channels. If they fix this I'll change my rating. Packages get stolen in any community yet this apartment outdoes all other places. Open packages and notes from residents asking for their stuff back are literally everywhere. I get important stuff delivered to my office now. I’ve had a really positive experience living here, no major issues at all! If I had to nitpick, I’d say taking trash to the back of the property can sometimes be a little inconvenient, and not all parking spots are covered. Other than that, everything has been great. Special shoutout to the maintenance team - Jason, Alex, and Angel, for providing the best service I’ve ever experienced. Every request has been handled quickly and always completed in less than 24 hours. Truly top-notch!

Thank you John Rodriguez for coming so quickly on Sunday due to dishwasher broken down and water spilled in the kitchen. John is professional, and very knowledgeable. I very much appreciated how respectful and clean he was throughout the process, leaving no mess behind. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable home maintenance!

I moved in last week On Saturday and Jason and Angle (maintenance team) have been fantastic and very responsive. Really impressed with their work ethic and that they take pride in their work. They are an asset to the company.
