I promise you...DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is insane! Building B has a heavy mice & roach infestation, and now smells like that one floor in a nursing home!! I've requested extermination multiple time but the person only showed up once, and when he did, all he did was lay glue traps. There is mold growing on the walls and whenever you tell maintenance he just say he'll come look at it. The neighbors below me have been reporting a leak from my apartment for about 5 months but nothing has ever been done about it. Maintenance keeps saying it's because he doesn't have access to my apartment; that's a damn lie. I swear the projects may be better living then this place cause that's basically what it is! Washing machines are always broke. Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms overnight....

Terrible place to live honestly. I mean TERRIBLE! There is a heavy mice and roach infestation there. The property manager name Terri is one of the most ignorant manager there is! Washer and dryer always broke and when you go there to wash clothes at night you are met with mice and roaches everywhere. One time I went to wash clothes and there was a homeless person there naked washing up from the sink in the laundry room. The apartment building is very dirty and trash everywhere. The building doors are broke so anyone can walk in smh. So glad I moved out of there

2023 and two months of 2024 HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE RUN ‼️ TERRI DAWSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUCKS SHE HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS TENANTS TREAT TENANTS LIKE TRASH WHEN PLUMBING DOESN'T WORK FRONT DOOR IS ALWAYS BROKE KID'S PLAYING IN THE BUILDING AND PARKING LOT ONE TIME A Child WAS HIDING UNDER A Dam car And almost got ran over if the driver of the car didn't see There legs hiding under the car‼️ALSO Some one Stole my car from this property and Some one tried to break in My unit she told me to get a gun This place is horrible Please Don't Live At Prescott Arms Building Is Very Loud If I could take the one Star Away I would please For your Family Owns Safety don't live here ALSO Mouse Infested and Roaches 2023 Through Was a Horrible year living here Horrible Management Absolutely Horr
