This team has done a few files for me and every time have been great and fast. Cant wait to knock out another file together
I would give 0 stars but not possible. This is a TERRIBLE company. All of the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. During my closing they did not fully render all of the services that was promised. Never apologized for their mistakes and was upset that I made them aware of their error. Please do not do business with them.
Don't ever use these people They are rude and unpleasant and unprofessional. The guy is horrible and the help is even worst. I did business with them before it was sold to these people. Do not use them. You will be sorry
If I could give 0 stars, I would - This company withheld $2500 cash from the proceeds of a home sale for inheritance tax (evident on the signed closing sheet). When the state appraisement came back at $0 due for the tax, they refunded only $1751.66 - a THEFT of $748.34. Don't do business with this company unless you want to be defrauded out of cash at closing!!
