Oakwood Apartments

I honestly wish I could put in 0 stars. I contacted the management company regarding my issue. They keep on saying that they assigned the issue to a tech but the technician never showed all day long. I even said the technician will not show up they should just tell me so I can go by my day or find a different solution, I waited from 11am till 8pm. I had to call a locksmith to come open my door.

I’m a current resident and I’m telling you they don’t replace their stuffs or take too long to replace their stuffs. They took 6 months to replace our dishwasher. And my fridge bottom part was not working and they never replaced it. The outlet on the wall works sometimes and sometimes don’t work . And they will come and say it’s fixed but still it don’t work and never worked. We had water leaking from the top floor into our room all the way to the living room and all they did was to dry it but that water was sewer water because it was from the bathroom of people on top of us. The list just goes on and on ! There are so many things and I can’t finish today if I start. Our heater too in the master bedroom never worked . They came to fix it but after a while it stoped working.

It’s ight, needs to fix the front doors, “jiggling” the key for 10 minutes just to get inside the building is cray cray especially when it’s dark
