Grand Court Apartments

I don’t even want to give it 1 star! Lived here for all of 4 months! Place caught fire I asked to be moved they told me they had nth available! Elevators never worked! Doors never locked dozens of citations placed all over the buildings. Nice renovated apts for sure but that’s just the cosmetics! Dogs barked all night no parking trash everywhere people sleeping in the hallway at night and let’s not talk about ABE the crook! He was sleeping with half the building and some ppl didn’t have to pay rent. He got fired lol I refused to pay after the fire and reached out to management several times on a way to rectify things guess what nobody never got back to me. RUN!!!

Horrible, this Jahmir character was supposed to show me an apartment and blew me off first time. All communication was done through email and text but suddenly he decided to call me from a California number to confirm appointment then just never showed up. Second time he sends some kid 20 min late to show me apartment and kid couldn't find key to show me room. They couldn't even get into their own apartment building. Then he said to call, never answered call never called back. Unprofessional joke. No parking joke. Apply anywhere else.

Roaches and mice and heat on a "timer" during the winter so you won't have a properly heated apartment. Make sure you get up before everyone else does so you can catch some actual hot water. Oh and I hope they do the renovations and repairs so no one comes home to a flooded kitchen 🙃 Cheers ! Not for $1350 no ma'am. Also I hope you like display elevators! Because the one in my old building (D) hasn't been working since last year ☺️☺️ property manager is such the adorable little tiny slumlord he won't bother to inform you when you have no heat or hot water, FUN ! UPDATE - The property manager Abe emailed me about 2 months after I moved out and I guess he didn't like that I wrote a review. Please don't waste your time or hard earned money !!!!!

A year ago this place was 1 star easily. Since that time management has improved tremendously. You can tell that the person in the office genuinely cares and that’s refreshing. If the building was handicapped accessible, I could give 5 stars. Compared to the buildings in the area and the price, it’s a good place to live.

It’s a great starter apartment if you’re alone and looking for something affordable and cozy. The new apartment manager Abe is very helpful and is passionate about his job. He makes sure things get done on time 😁
