I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. My ceiling has been leaking from three different spots for over two and a half weeks. I have contacted the main office 3–4 times, and each time I was told that someone would come “soon.” Or “we have notified the supervisor “ No one has shown up until today. As tenants under a leasing contract who pay full rent on time, we deserve to have serious maintenance issues addressed properly and in a timely manner. A leaking ceiling is not a minor issue. I understand that roof repairs can be difficult during bad weather, but at the very least someone could have come to assess the damage and help manage the interior leak. That back door needs to be fixed where the trash is . We need something better for safety reason. If you don’t close it all the way it doesn’t shut.

Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. It's on a slope in one area, making it tough on a cars transmission if you have to park there.

I never left a review on this place a year ago it seems the owners of this place made fake accounts of multiple tenants and wrote positive reviews. Place sucks owners sucks avoid woodward properties.

Very bad because they have not fixed the problem.
