Penzel Apartments

Literally my first real apartment and it was all great I loved it but after being here my entire bedroom ceiling collapsed my ex partner literally sued. The roaches made them selves at home. And I’ve came home to a dead rodent and today the icing to the cake I walked down to finish laundry and boom dead rodent. The exterminator doesn’t come out he’ll leave a note saying he did but that’s a lie. It’s never any parking !! The laundry room never has full working machines or dryers it’s either one washer works and both dryers or the washer works and not the dryer it’s always something. Not to mention the doors Jam all the time which is a fire hazard! This place sucks definitely not worth $900

Where should I start, when moving into this building things appeared good but no!!! Do not be fooled Penzel Manor property is the worst place by far that I have lived in. The tenants in this building steals other tenants packages, There are major roach and rodent issues within this building and the property managers and maintenance refuse to deal with. Also, the parking lot for tenants is overly crowded you are lucky to even find parking. Maintenance takes very long in regards to any issues and or problems you may have. The laundry room washers and dryers are always breaking and do not get fixed for a very long time. My most major issue is they have a lock on the front door so when you try and open it to leave out you can't you have to use the back door and for me that can be a fire hazard

The location is amazing, there’s a park directly across the street, stores and other things within walking distance. However this building is infested with roaches, no matter how much they come and spray or bomb it’s infested and it’s disgusting. The entrance doors are always broken as well

So a year ago I said this building was good .. well I committed too soon .. after being in your apartment a few weeks you get the real deal .. Mice and roaches everywhere and they don’t come out every month like their supposed to .. the parking is beyond horrible b/c people who live in the apartments next to the build sneak and park in the lot.. the front door to apartment B NEVER works you always have to walk around back and that’s a safety hazard.. maintenance is good and fast overall it’s an OK place not good and honestly wouldn’t recommend

This place is disgusting the staff they always smoke in the building hallway and they are always fighting cursing etc people steal clothes, package, etc there are roaches and to be honest, I am a very clean person there is never parking the washing machines are always broke and when I first moved in there the dishwasher had dirty water in it I do not recommend
