I’ve had a really good experience living here, so renewing my lease was an easy decision. The building is always kept up, and anytime something comes up it gets handled fast. Emiah in property management is honestly amazing — she’s super responsive, reliable, and just makes everything way easier. It’s a relief knowing you can actually reach someone who gets things done. Definitely happy to stay another year.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Emiah exemplifies what effective building management should look like—kind, empathetic, and personable. My apartment was impeccably cleaned and prepared before I moved in, and I haven’t encountered any pest issues at all. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve responded immediately. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!

I’ve been living here for a couple years and I love it . The area is quiet and I love my apartment. Emiah is amazing. She is helpful, nice and made living here so easy. Emiah responds fast to all requests and concerns.

I love everything about my apartment, the management is amazing if I had any lil minor problem they fixed it right away the leasing agent she’s outstanding, kind and respectful I that she cares and helps it has a laundry room ! , neighborhood very quiet!! All and all my experience was 100/1000

I have been here a little over a year and I must say, I love it here. The neighborhood is good the people are nice. Most of all the beautiful young lady that manages the building has made my experience at Shirley Court apartments absolutely amazing. She cares about the tenants and goes out of her way to assist you to the best of her abilities. Very professional and attentive! She made me feel at home from day one, am I glad I chose to live here.
