Phoenix Ridge

I've known several people who have rented apartments from Weidner apartment complexes, both past and present, and they've all complained about the rundown conditions and lack of maintenance. However, this review is specifically about Phoenix Ridge Apartment Homes in Williston, North Dakota. When moving into the apartment, the extent of the issues wasn’t realized because of the need for a place to live as soon as possible. Upon entering the apartment, there was a strong smell of urine, particularly noticeable in the master bedroom. The carpet felt damp, so tried airing it out without placing any furniture on it. Despite multiple emails to the property manager about the horrible smell and inability to tolerate it, it took two weeks and another round of carpet shampooing before someone was se

I had a good renting experience when i first signed a lease with this place. The office staff was helpful with my remote leasing, as I was in another state. However, I cannot in good faith ignore the insane increase in rent. In just 2 years of leasing my rent has gone up over $500 a month and I can no longer afford to live here. This is excessive and a total abuse of residents. They get you in, and the apartments are fine, but they hike your rent up every chance they get. I am unsure why no one else has mentioned this in their reviews. I moved in with 760 per month lease, and now they want $1200+ for the same apt. If not for the constant financial stress I would have loved to stay.

My experience at Phoenix Ridge has been exceptional. The office staff is very accommodating. The manager Natalie has always been kind and understanding. The apartments are spacious, and well kept. I would recommend Phoenix Ridge to anyone who is looking for a two bedroom home.

I have lived in this apartment for 9 years. I love my apartment. It's centrally located and has central heat and air. It is a smaller community of 3 buildings with 12 apartments each, which means no over crowding or over abundance of noise. Best of all, each unit comes with a garage. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. After living in my apartment for 9 years, the only issues I have had were a couple years ago the building settled and my ac leaked in my hallway, it was immediately fixed. More recently I had an issue with a burner on the stove and my dishwasher and they were immediately fixed. The complex is pet friendly and we know our neighbors, which means that packages left in the hall stay there :) all in all, while I could certainly go to another complex that has amenities, I pref
