Perrywood Garden Apartments

Pleaseee do not live here. Theres so many other income based apartments/townhomes you could apply for instead. The apartments are inhumane. Not meant for humans period. But especially do not move in with children and pets. I’ve been witnessing friends and families apartments slowly falling apart. The roaches are in absolutely everything. They get in the ovens and microwaves. You can get severely sick from that. They come out the vents sometimes in trails. The feces get all on the silverware and dishes. Theres black mold (black mold can be deadly. So I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT MOVE PETS OR CHILDREN HERE). I lived over here for a while last year and gotten severely sick to the point I was in and out the hospital for months due to exposure to the mold. I should’ve reported it asap wh

I lived here almost 50 years ago when my dad was stationed at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Took so many years to locate it on Google Maps. Wonder if the playground is still there.

Horrible staff, roaches in every building, bats hide in walls, Maintenance workers smoke weed on site in cars that’s very unprofessional. Maintenance crew talks badly about some tenants residing there as well as the leasing office staff which is also very UNPROFESSIONAL! The people in the office not gonna say their names but they are very ignorant they don’t care about anything you have to tell them or have any heart whatsoever their just their to make money is all they care about and they show favoritism to some tenants on the property. If it was up to me I would give it no stars at all. I'm so blessed and very thankful I no longer live in that hellhole. I’m so glad I got myself and my son out of that hellhole. the worst place to live. the people in the office are unorganized and hardly ever answer phones. they change property managers often money is continuously being stolen. police are always harassing people. the one bedrooms are nice but the bathroom is in the bedroom.

The people in the office don’t care about anything you have to tell them! There are so many problems that need to be fixed and they just sit around and tell you they will call you back but never do. This is inhumane.
