This is a peaceful community! The staff and maintenance personnel are kind, respectful, and endeavor to organize various activities for the community. While reviews can be beneficial, it is essential to experience the community firsthand to determine if it is the right fit for you.

I put in an application and they told me that they was going to have an apartment available soon. My kids dad passed away so I’m been trying to find an affordable place to live with my kids since child support stopped as soon he passed away. This lady the community manager put my hopes up to then come around and said that I was not approved supposedly I had a eviction when I contacted the place she got the supposed report it came out to be a big fat lie there was no eviction in my report she screw me up and my kids but maybe it was a sign of God that this place is not good enough to raise me kids in.

The guy that came to fix the over was really professional he explained the situation of the oven. He said he fix it. I’ll check as soon I bake something in the oven.

Thanks to Gisel, Juliet from the connection, Office assistant staff and parkwest to put a smile on my boys with the toys they give them today. I really appreciate what they have done for my kids and the help that I recived from them. It's the best apartment that I ever been am so grateful to be around helpful and professional people. And they treat me feel part of they own family. Really quiet neighborhood. Greats neighbors and really respectfully. The area well maintained every season winter and summer. And in summer they have party for the kids and family full of food ice cream and in winter party for kids and family also food and gift for kids to.. Every other tuesday food truck for residents I can't complain I am more then blessed They are the best. Team work. 🥰🤗😘
