I Love Mrs. Keisha. She is a very kind hearted and loving person. She is very professional and always makes sure your needs are met. Out of the 3 years I have been here she has been the one that makes sure everything is going right. I literally was not happy and was ready to move, but Mrs. Keisha came in like superwoman and saved me from leaving. She made sure before I moved to my new renovated apartment that everything was up to par. Thank you Mrs. Keisha for being the best manager of these apartments since I have been here. She deserves every bit of a raise. You don't get people in upper management with great customer service, communication, and politeness all in one. So this one is solely for Mrs. Keisha. ❤

I lived here frim June of 2019 til August of 2020! My experience residing here was awesome and the management team made it that way. Both managers during my stay was names Keisha , which was very coincidental. The 1st one was nice and made sure things were done accordingly but the 2nd Keisha,which is the current manager and full name is Keisha Alston goes over and beyond for the tenants. She not only walk the property to make sure things are getting done correctly but I've watched her participate. She also listens to the tenants concerns, build a rapport with the people, and give the best advice possible, which makes the tenants feel more comfortable. I've lived at Park Walk apartments for 2 years. Park Walk is a great place to live. Timely maintenance and Always nice. What stop me from 5 star is my rent went up twice in a year. Jan and july because of no clarity in leasing agreement and change in Property manager. And there is no laundry room,gym, or pool usage for two years but is on the website listed as amenities.

Having lived at the Park Walk Apartment for three Months, I want to thank Mr Zamir Haidari the Property Manager. This is my first Apartment and I’ve had a great experience. When I did have a complaint with any of my appliances or any other issue Mr Zamir Haidari the Property Manager and his maintenance are there to fix it immediately. He is the best. Very patient, knowledgeable and reliable. I commend their Maintenance people for doing a great job. The building is well kept and the leasing office really cares about their tenants. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment in a convenient location. If you’re considering moving to Park Walk Apartment, don’t think just do it! Very pleased with my leasing experience. Ms. Keisha is the best. I explained to her my situation, and she pulled all the strings needed and rolled out the red carpet for me. Paperwork and the moving in process was seamless. Ive been a resident here for about 2 months now and I have no complaints what so ever. I enjoy the neighborhood's peaceful atmosphere.
