Park Place Apartments

I lived at Park Place for about three years and I really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic: You can just walk down to Castro and have your choice of restaurants. The units are well laid out and have a ton of storage space. The complex is well maintained and the landscaping is really pretty. Broken things get fixed really fast. I lived at three different apartments, each one with their pros and cons. If you live on High School Way, you’re going to hear some traffic, but when you go just a little way into the complex, it’s surprising how quiet it is. My last place was on the third floor and had cathedral ceilings and tons of light, but keep in mind that most complexes don’t have elevators. If you want to live on the top floor, be prepared to tromp up and down three flights of stairs.

Lived here for a little over two years and absolutely loved it. Being next to Eagle Park was perfect for our dog, who also liked to people watch from the balcony. The proximity to downtown Mountain View is also great. Another bonus is that the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Really went above and beyond to make sure our experience there was nice. Would strongly recommend Park Place!

Here's my feelings so far (about 2 months in): Pros: Excellent staff - They are available onsite in the office consistently, and reasonably responsive by email - They are willing to help and inform when I have questions Clean and well-manicured grounds - Truly artistic groundskeeping. Dynamic and interesting architecture. They keep it all clean, getting rid of leaves and keeping the entire area nice. Reasonably good apartments and facilities - Apartments have more or less good enough appliances - Facilities are clean and well kept and good enough - Area is wonderful, with high walkability, excellent shops and things to do, lots of events nearby, easy drive to most things Quick response to fix problems - I rarely need service requests, but here I've needed a few - They have been fixed q

Five stars for Yen and her incredible team! They are so accommodating and responsive that they’ve actually made it impossible for us to move. Even when we look at other apartments for more space, we realize the service here is unmatched. You just can’t find a front desk and management team this dedicated anywhere else. Highly recommend!
