Pacific Village Apartments

Been here for a good while now and genuinely could not be happier. Have had to move around a lot before coming here, and this apartment is where I am hoping we can stay for a good few years more! Super convenient access to the bus system and shops nearby. Never had any real problems with the area and the staff here are all wonderful!

These apartments are a great place! The neighbors are very pleasant and the staff are all very friendly. The office team are welcoming and the maintenance workers are as professional as they are quick with their work. If you have pets this place is a must. Pet fees are very accommodating and there's plenty of room for dogs to run around at the park. Perhaps the best part is the location. On Gateway Street you have easy access to nearby shopping. Additionally it's right on the EmX and 12 bus line. If you use public transit you can't beat living here. This is a wonderful place to live!

I stopped at the office to talk about an issue I was having with the tub faucet. About 10 minutes after I got back to the apartment, a maintenance man appeared and went right to work on the faucet. That was amazing. I cannot thank everyone at Pacific Village enough for everything. I have been here less than a month and everyone is wonderful. Thank you. Denise

Everyone here are friendl.the office staff are always there to help.if there is a problem in your appartment they will fix the problem in a reasonable time. They have different social events that are always very nice.like a taco truck came to feed everyone. A ice cream social.love that it is pet friendly.

I think Pacific Village Apartments is a great place to live. It’s always quiet and peaceful. It’s a beautiful place to live. I feel safe and my neighbors are very friendly.
