Sorry if you have to live here. I know people that had a baby that lived here and a pigeon got caught inside the Hvac ducting inside their apartment. The bird died inside made terrible odor. The maintenance people took 3 days to do something about it. If you look around it's gross, I feel bad for the people living there , the outside looks atrocious, and their trash and old furniture scattered across the parking lots. Yes it's lower class but the management should do better for its residents

I lived here a bit longer than 2 years. I lived within the second entrance. I had a pest problem about a week after moving in, and not alot. Don't get me wrong, I saw one to two roaches but pro Tip, I guarantee you'll never see a live one again: Borax powder. If you have kids keep it out of reach, it's very toxic. If you have busy kids, I'd suggest putting it down around creases of the house while they are sleep or at school. So they won't even think to look for it. If too much comes out in one area, just use a broom. The people: for the most part, when you mind your business they mind theirs. It's a balance. When the kids are outside you don't typically see adults outside with them (they can see from their windows) and the playground isnt much of anything, so if you aren't about that, h

Maintenance takes forever to fix things… I just moved in one month ago and this is under the kitchen sink. My carbon alarm keeps beeping and I’ve called 2x for someone to come fix it in which I get a response “we were busy today.” I’ve tried fixing it myself and I can’t get it to stop. Changes batteries, etc. Someone was supposed to come and finish painting the wall in one of the bedrooms, and it still hasn’t been done. Half of my electric plugs also do not work. Aside from that problem… it’s a decent area, I lived here before. My building is quiet and not crazy.
