This apartment complex is not willing to accept a money order for rent kept saying it needs to paid through the portal. I explained to them many times my sister is hospitalized for mental illness. She will not provide us the information needed for the portal or what portal to use to pay the rent. They can tell you by the 6th $100 late fee and by the 15th an additional $100 and a warrant issued. They DON’T give a crap about their residents. No sympathy whatsoever. Heartless. We will not give you guys the additional $200 late fee because her siblings were willing to pay the rent. Hopefully your love ones dear apartment managers does not have a mentally unstable family member and you don’t go through this. Coo cun tu bodah

I wouldn’t recommend this place for no one to reside unless you just really don’t care about your living situation. The rental staff is very unpleasant especially the property manager, if you need management for any assistance please don’t hold your breath. I lived there and had the worst experience with management and maintenance, the property really needs to be condemned instead of random companies taking over the property. The water was cut off every day with no notice my air conditioner went out, I had to wait two weeks get a hotel to bathe and stay cool before a unit without heat was installed. I had the pleasure of working with Krisean during my apartment search, and I can honestly say he made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, showed me multiple options that fit my needs, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.

I have so much to say about this place. Do not live here. UNIT NUMBER 0207 HAS FLEAS! I just moved out and turned in my keys 8/26…my unit is already listed! I HAD TO MOVE DUE TO FLEAS DO NOT MOVE HERE! Terri is the absolute worst property manager and the maintenance team is lackluster! Do not move here! It is cheap for a reason!

I was WARNED. I am WARNING you. The leasing agent really did not care and was not truthful about the state of this unit. There were plumbing issues and the place was dirty right up to the day of the lease signing. I NEVER got a tour of the property or the model. He was going through the lease signing process without me seeing the unit. I has to ask again. Delayed move-in, poor communication and customer service. After the move in 2.5 days ago. 1. Water still leaking and mold 2. Loud noise when toilet flushes 3. Dog in unit next door was tied with access to my outside space. When complained, my car has been KEYED. 4. ROACHES in the refrigerator 5. Cigarette burns on the bathroom sink 6.Torn screen and dirty windows 7. Police on site for a felony arrest and seize. 8. Pothole CRATERS. 9. No
