Having worked closely with Northeast Property Group at several of their locations, I’ve seen firsthand how much they care about the efficiency and safety of their properties. It’s easy to get frustrated during a record-breaking winter, but it’s important to remember that management operates within the specific budgets and guidelines set by the condo associations. Moving snow for hundreds of units is a massive undertaking, and this year’s extreme cold has made ice removal nearly impossible for even the best crews. In my experience, the Myers brothers at Northeast Property Group are top-notch, highly responsive, and always work to find the most effective solutions within the resources available. They are a dedicated team that truly cares about the communities they manage.

***SECOND UPDATE 2/8/26: Their reply stated they were addressing the issue. They have not. Added a video which starts filming where there SHOULD be a sidewalk, pan to an untouched community sidewalk, and ends with the mailboxes being uncleared. An owner cleared the path that’s shown. This is 23 hours after snow stopped. I found a different snow removal company that would take us on and passed the information on to NE Properties, but they have taken no action. I would review our current snow team if they had a Google page to review. **UPDATE 12/27/25: this time we got an actual snowstorm, and Northeast property group has shown no ounce of care for their tenants. They kept the same dismal snow removal team on the task, and that company (Bruce & Sons Landscaping) dropped the ball again. More

Extremely unsafe conditions at Winding Hollow Condominiums ran by NE Properties. The parking lot and walkways were left completely covered in snow and ice with no adequate plowing or salting. As a result, people were injured and pets were injured. This was entirely preventable with basic winter maintenance. Management showed a serious lack of urgency and concern for resident safety. Very disappointing and unacceptable—especially for a residential community where safety should be a priority. Photo taken Sunday afternoon (snowed Friday)

Had concerns with last snow storm. I see negative reviews but had a positive experience with Eric’s response. Understand that the manager is not doing the actual snow removal but should have a system im place to receive and manage responses which these guys do. As the president of our HOA at Shaw's Landing I can say that working with Northeast Property Group for the last 5 or six years has been a very positive experience. Our property manager as well as the additional staff have been responsive, helpful and reliable. Our property manager Don has been instrumental in securing and leading a major project regarding the replacement of our entire siding/flashing on our building, and we came in on budget and with a successful result. I am comfortable to recommend them to anyone in search of a property management company.
