Keith and his team communicated exceptionally well, and did a great job guiding us through what could have been a complicated and overwhelming process. We were confident every step of the way that Keith had our back, and that he and his team would do everything they could to get us the best loan possible. They were also very flexible and understanding when I had difficulties getting some of the documentation needed from the loan from my employer, but they worked with us and we were still able to close on the desired date.
