Excellent device to be with the family and very good prices. The only thing that is very nice is that there is no specific parking for one, so if the neighbors have a party, there is no place to park your car.But the workers are excellent people and there is a place to throw away large garbage. The truth is that I moved because it was out of state. Otherwise, there is. It is super quiet. Other bad things that some neighbors They had their dog loose, they were small, but I didn't like that. This place is such a rip off the community sucks management sucks worse and there is scum living in the complex as well not worth more than 600 a month Real talk. Never would i recommend. To anyone ever even if you could afford. The rip off price.you have not even an opportunity for privacy they come by. Unannounced. "Pretend" to be doing work and there is nothing wrong i would never never move back in any of their houses even if it was given to me rent free. And i got tired of my stuff going missing and when i would complain about any problem i was having nothing would be done

They never answer the phone! It is always such a task to get ahold of them. When I need repairs done, like I had a clogged tub, it takes forever to get someone on the phone and then an even longer time to get maintenance over. Also the amount of recertifications and updates is ridiculous!

If you like paying $1100 a month for rent with nothing included, no amenities, overflowing dumpsters, no place to park, felons moving in with your neighbors who’re not on lease, incompetent property managers, cheap appliances & constant problems this is the place for you!!!
