Gull Harbor Apartments

I want to preface that the leasing woman Shay, and the manager were amazing to work with. I however would like to warn everyone that the apartments do not look like they look online. We drove from Louisiana with a u-haul expecting a nice apartment and found out it isn’t what they show. I honestly only am posting this to save someone from the thousands of dollars we’re spending to get a hotel for a week or two until we can find another apartment. 🫶🏽 The women we worked with are at no fault, they were truly as helpful as they could be. but the pictures are not a reflection of what this apartment actually looks like.

Living here has been such a blessing! Is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the staff have been amazing. For my first apartment, I couldn’t be more grateful! Deb helped me throughout the process and was very and extremely accommodating when there was a problem with the first apartment I was going to move in. Couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative for her and her great service!!!

Lived here for 5 years and privately rented but I just wanted to say Edwin ( Maintenance) is the best. He deserves a raise ! Always kind and super helpful!

I moved in around 2017 and this place was not how it is today. The new ownership is certainly doing their job in changing things up around here. I've encountered a handful of issues while staying at Gull Harbor but Lissette was skillful enough to handle them professionally and thoroughly. There are still a few kinks they need to sort out, which is why I've left a 3-star review. Shout-out to maintenance for being awesome 24/7. This place used to be a mess (still kind of is: smoke smell lingering in hallway, random poop/chocolate ice-cream incident, noisy plumbing, deteriorating internals), but it is MUCH better today considering the renovations happening everyday. Most of the folks that I've interacted with are reserved at first but social after multiple occurrences.

Everything is as advertised on the website in person. Deb was very helpful in showing me around and provided additional photos and information promptly.
