Living at 60 Mansfield is an incredible experience! Donna, Corinne, and Fernando are all phenomenal. Not only are they engaging, but they also handle any questions or concerns with care and efficiency. The amenities are top-notch, truly appreciated the Amazon Lockers they had for packages. The building is maintained regularly inside and out, including the grounds. They regularly have service providers/vendors come in to ensure things are in good condition. If there are any issues or fixes needed in the apartment, Fernando is on it promptly! There were also regularly scheduled social events to bring the residents together and for us to get to know each other. We are genuinely grateful for the positive living experience they provide. Realistically I'd say 4.5/5 - I wasn't without some complaints here, but I say 5 because I was always taken care of by the building management and maintenance. Pros: Quite new apartments, you will likely only have 1-2 tenants living in your unit before you. Contrary to what someone else wrote, I rarely heard my neighbor except for one who had a party. I did not hear conversations through walls or anything like that. I thought overall the sound isolation was quite good (I was on the third floor and somewhat corner unit). Amazon locker pickup is amazing, the gym downstairs does the job when you don't need super heavy weight or a leg day, and the amenity areas like the grill, dog wash area, bike spot, all are a nice touch. Great living environment and Donna is amazing as a building manager. Things get fixed immediately and the parking is spacious in comparison to other apartment complex. The only complaint is sometimes you get tenants that don't understand someone lives below. I've had above tenants that you couldn't hear and others who would stomp around like an elephant.

Apartments are beautiful I did a tour and was thinking of moving here from my condo across the street. Would recommend its luxury. HOWEVER seems like the parking is horrible a lot of tenants are parking on the street of Georgetown where the condos are instead of the parking lot
