Echo is a wonderful program. I was able to purchase my dream home, and quickly too! I've been here for almost 4 years. I never imagined the process of homeownership would be so smooth and easy! I recommend to everyone I know!! (And even those I don't!)
Having a property owned by this non-profit as a neighbor is no asset. The management known as ECHO does not do anything to make the neighborhood a better place. I understand their mission and wholeheartedly support that - BUT there is no excuse for not being a good neighbor. I have had to report their property located on Boswell Ave more then once for leaving bulk waste on the sidewalk.
Wonderful organization from the top down.
