Courtview Square Apartments

In reading the property reviews, I noticed they are all 6 years old. Seems dis honest why are there no more recent reviews? Are you hiding something? No new reviews in 4 to 6 years ago. Scare me away new management has no reviews… you have 1 now, I also see how dis honest your reviews being posted is also was 67 reviews when I started reading them. I posted one and it’s not posted. Dis honest in my opinion

Loved the previous property manager, Agatha. She was so incredibly responsive and such a pleasure to work with. Prices have gone up every year but thats not uncommon. In regard to the new managers thus far they are not super responsive and do not do a good job of providing updates which is incredibly concerning. They also updated the online accounts so I can't pay online anymore. You literally have to go to a store to pay your rent which is not super user friendly. Used to be able to pay online it was quick and easy. The fact that I have to now find a store that supports this type of payment is not super professional. Places should have a portal you can pay through. This new group needs to step it up. Never had an issues living here before now.

I have lived here for several years and my experience has been enjoyable. It is a great quiet neighborhood and the everyone is friendly. The property manager, Miss Phyllis is amazing and extremely helpful. She is honestly the reason why I have stayed so long, she truly makes you feel like family and goes out of her way to ensure everyone is satisfied. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent. It is on the bus line, which makes it very convenient.

Terrible experience with them. They charge crazy amount of money for not notifying them renewal within 60 days of moving out. It also took them over 5 months to get my initial deposit back. There was no compensation provided to me about the delay despite the fact that they charged me over $1300 for letting them know I won't be renewing my rent 30 days before my moving out date. There were consistent problem with ants and floors and it sometimes took them over 2 months to get the work done. Further the issue with the floor was never completely fixed. Also, the main window never shut properly and this issue was never fully resolved. Overall, terrible management by a big corporate firm and AVOID THEM!
