So I am a home owner of 40 plus years, NEVER filed a claim. I switch insurance companies because of a high auto policy quote. Move the umbrella and home owners as well. Mueller inspects the home, which is pristine condition. I lose my home owners coverage in part due to a "vine growing on the siding" The house is brick and the vine is a beautiful climbing hydrangea. They cancelled my insurance because of a climbing hydrangea that has been on the brick for 30 years! Watch out!

People should file a lawsuit against Mueller Inspections. There are many reviews on here that have stated all the same things and mine is included. The first appointment they never showed up, never called, and we later found out that the inspector had changed the date and did not notify us. When Mathew J. did come, his report was totally incorrect. To the point that I was waiting for the insurance to be cancelled if I had not acted quickly and fiercely. He stated that we needed a new roof, that I had "missing, cracked, broken, curled etc. shingles", it was replaced last year. Our roofing company came out and not only sent the report of the new roof but got on the roof and supplied many, many pictures and invoices to support their facts. He also reported that we had faulty loose wiring,

After reading my "Report" that was given to my new insurance company, I was at first furious, but then I had to laugh at how comical it was. Whoever they sent out here clearly was blind and incapable of writing a truthful report. They wrote a major finding for tree being against home and touching it (there are literally no trees within at least 50 feet), just a small shrub. Also wrote about a finding on poor roof condition being a risk (the roof has about 4 shingles in that are just beginning to curl and is easily repairable and held up fine against 6ft of snow). When insurance notified me of cancellation, I definitely know that they didn't review any of the pictures in the report because what the inspector wrote vs what is shown is not even comparable. These guys are a joke. Inspector uses a list, has NO practical knowledge or expertise to do inspections, knows, little to nothing about construction, costs damage or risk assessment. Evidently, this company will hire anyone that can use a checklist. The quality and accuracy of the report generated would be laughable if not for the ignorance. Should be reported to the state controller, insurance, licensing and regulation board. STAY AWAY from them.

Mueller homeowner inspector are not dependable--a very bad experience with Kyra Jenkins that were schedule to arrive for inspection-texted the night before stated car trouble. Ok reschedule and got a call from her manager-it gonna have to be reschedule-right then I contacted my insurance agency -she contacted her manager and seen to have to force the inspector that it need to be done today and she still were late due to the homeowner insurance pending waiting on the inspector report to be sent to my insurance company-Orion 180. Kya Jenkins isn't dependable due to job descriptions-it deal with travel to city and county-rural areas.
