The Villages at Fairway Apartments

Our move from Raleigh, NC, to Buffalo, NY, was a huge transition, but Georgianna at Villages at Fairways is one of the people who went above and beyond for my husband and I in our journey back to Buffalo, our home town. We are forever grateful to her for that. She helped us find the perfect apartment that suits our needs, and went the extra mile to communicate the preparation of our move in with both my husband and I - always maintaining kindness and understanding of our situation. She is an intuitive agent, who understood our needs and actually recommended the apartment we ended up in, even though I thought I had a few in mind for my husband and I. Been here at Fairways for 2 years now very nice .Been renting from Glendale for 8 years management has been great to me take good care of there property always respond to any issues with the apartment in a timely manner. Very quiet I have great neighbors! Large bedrooms central AC cable included I don’t plan on moving from my apartment anytime soon. I must say I really enjoyed living here!

I am a previous tenant. I chilled there for over 3 years. I loved living there in this apartment complex, the building was great. I didn’t really have any issues except for some maintenance stuff - but that was all resolved in a timely manner. Management staff were cool, very helpful.

VERY happy living at Villages at Fairways!!! Super large living room open to an eat in kitchen. 2 great size bedrooms (We have a king size bed, 2 night stands and 2 dressers in our bedroom). Large double closets in bedrooms, coat.closet and roomy linen closet in the hall outside bedrooms. And there's also a huge private storage unit in the basement. Heat is included in rent and central air conditioning is an awesome bonus! There are 4 apartments per building, and we have great neighbors. But you'd never know you weren't the only tennant in the building. It is so quiet! I live in a lower apartment and have NEVER heard anything from my upstairs neighbor. Maintenance is awesome and responsive. With the golf course across the street and being on a dead end street, it is very peaceful and beaut

I am about to move into my first apartment and this was all a new experience for me, I worked with Georgianna and she was so amazing and answered all and any questions we had. She also was very on top of her end and getting the proper paperwork taken care of. I can’t wait to move into these apartments!
