Yamil and the crew had to replace my tub/shower hardware, and the end result is spectacular! They didn’t make a mess or take a long time to replace the fixtures, and when I took a shower I had pressure and temperature control beyond my expectations! Professional crew, and excellent work! So far renting from Karen has been the easiest experience in renting so far. She has been so kind, welcoming, and quick to answer any concerns. The apartment itself is adorable, updated, homey and pet friendly. So far we haven't heard any extra noise in the building. Karen had the carpets steam cleaned before our move in, she even went as far as to leave us a welcome basket. Although we haven't needed maintenance there is a 24/7 emergency line. I could not be happier with our experience so far!

I have been here for close to 20 yrs and have seen many employees come and go. Our manager, Karen, is the absolute best of anyone else that has ever worked here! The maintenance crew is also the best, as well. I can honestly say it is nice living here. Karen has made many positive changes here and it shows.

I’ve been in my apartment for over a year and do not have any complaints! The maintenance crew is awesome Alton had to put in a new bathroom floor and blinds today ! He was super fast and cleaned up extremely well! I give the whole team 5 stars but especially him after the job he did today !!

I just moved in about a week ago and everything has been great. The process leading up to my move was seamless and that's all thanks to Karen the property manager. She is so nice and very professional and always got back to me right away.
