Crestmount Square Senior Apartments

This property is nice, location is perfect being next to I290. Apartment is ok appliances are dated but usable. Unfortunately management decided to switch out the laundry units ( witched worked fine) card readers for Smart Phone units...talk about not knowing who lives in your building... 55+ residents most have flip phones New units should have been front load since a large portion of residents use wheel chairs or walkers...very Disappointed

My husband, mom and me moved here 3 years ago and we're very happy to be here. The area is very peaceful, quiet. The only noise you might hear, depending on the location of the apartment, is from the thruway traffic and that does't bother us at all. The staff, as well as the residents are very friendly. The facilities are great and well maintained. We have libraries, activities room, game room and even a gym. There are several weekly/monthly activites held to keep us entertained. I love to be part of the Crestmount Senior Apartments family. This is our home.

Recently moved my mother in. She loves it! Always creative and fun activities going on! Shuttle to take the residents to go shopping. Everyone thats been living there for years says they are happy there.

Edit: While my mother-in-law enjoys living in Crestmount, rent has increased 53% since she moved in. Also, the van that takes residents to the store and restaurants (for a small fee) has been broken down for over two months even though it’s on the website. For some people, it is their only opportunity to get out of the building. Unless you own a car, have a plan for groceries. They also have a hard time keeping management and maintenance folks. Things have really gone downhill. Original post: My in-laws love it here at Crestmount. When we moved them in, everyone was so friendly. There's always something going on to keep the residents busy. Participation is optional, but well advertised within the building. Everything is clean, homey, and well organized in the common areas.

Very clean and warm place. Residents appear to be happy and are very friendly.
