TM Montante Development

I lived here for a year, and while the location was good, my overall experience with the building and management was consistently frustrating. Throughout my lease, several major issues went unresolved for days at a time. The elevator frequently broke down, sometimes only going one direction—and these outages often lasted days. During winter, the heating system regularly failed, and I had to rely on a space heater, which is unacceptable. The front entrance door would jam in cold weather. The biggest concern for me was the lack of communication from management. Any time I reached out by phone, text, or email, it was common to receive no response at all. I’ve spent the past three years living in one of the TM Montante buildings and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is wonderful and the views from the building are great. I love that there’s a restaurant right below.. it’s so convenient! The management company, including Travis, has been fantastic to work with!! Always responsive, attentive and prompt in handling maintenance requests. They were also very understanding and flexible with both my lease extension and my move-out date, accommodating my job schedule. The location is ideal, close to everything & makes daily life so convenient. I highly recommend this community & the management team to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I had a wonderful experience living at 1275 Delaware! Beautiful environment, very comfortable space, quick and attentive staff, and great neighbors. The property manager Travis has been extremely helpful and responsive since day one. No complaints at all and I highly recommend renting with TM Montante at this location!

I had a great experience living at 1275 Delaware! I lived in two separate apartments in the building over 1.5+ years and both were great. Location is a huge plus and TCB on the first floor is a nice amenity. Apartments have so much light and modern finishes. The maintenance staff is attentive and responds quickly. Travis the building manager, is also fantastic, going out of his way on several occasions!
