Sheridan Residence

Maintenance came to replace the thermostat This was done quickly and efficiently What I don't like is now I have no control over anything... it's set at 68°... can't go up or down I can't open the menu to even turn it off... when nice weather comes, I like to just open the window, but as it stands I won't be able to turn off the thermostat.

During my 4 years here, I've had minimal issues. Any minor issues were address by the maintenance staff immediately. Kind neighbors and staff. Highly recommend

Excessive water came from AC. Maintenance/Office contacted within 5. Showed up within 20. Unit dried overnight. Nice guy returned and unclogged drain within 10. Massive amounts of residual water triggered paranoia and poor man came back for nothing. He was kind/patient and agreed to be better safe than sorry, given it was Friday.

I lived in Sheridan residence for close to 3 years. First, their move in process is smooth and convenient. From the moment I moved in here, the management have always been friendly and understanding of the requirements. Any emergency needs such as heating not working, lost key, leaking in bathrooms etc. would be immediately addressed. I completely appreciate them for being a great support. They have flexible lease agreements for monthly, yearly, half yearly etc. when I was checking out, they have also allowed me to stay a night extra beyond my move out date due to my last minute schedule changes. I moved back to India and they got my India address to send my deposit refund back. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Sheridan residence and would totally recommend anyone who would want a peacef

I called because my apartment was 62 degrees in the am and 63 when I returned home from work. One of the maintenance crew stopped by after hours and showed me the very dirty furnace cover and unit. He cleaned it off a bit and turned the heat up in the wall unit. The next am he returned and cleaned the unit out. It is working beautifully now.
