Brighton Square Senior Apartments

Paper thin walls and floors make for a horrible noisy experience if you live on the first or second floor. Ridiculous rent increases to the point that they're constantly losing people. Parking situation is not great in the winter months. You lose about 10 parking spaces so they can dump the snow in that area since there's no other place to put it. And when there's a big snowstorm, they expect elderly people to move their cars into the street and walk back in a storm so they can plow. You'd think being in Buffalo they would have thought it out better. Very minimal handicap parking spaces given that this is a senior living apartment complex. I perform homecare duties for a lady there. I myself would never live there in the future as the qalls are paper thin, the cost of the closet size apt is atrocious!!! And the parking should be covered as there are many handicapped persons and ambulating for others is not easy.

Never lived here but they look nice
