-Gate always BROKEN. -Trash always overflown/ trash in breezeway/street/woods from ppl throwing trash from their balcony -Management (Gladys Especially) is rude & "forgetful" -STRAY CATS will mark your cars, your neighbors will feed them & animal control will do nothing (there is atleast 10 cats surrounding building 7, so if you're scared of cats or have dogs, there's that!) -ROACH INFESTED (I should've led with this) - people park ANYWHERE & HOWEVER resulting in hit and runs -People WILL steal your PACKAGES -The bumper off my car was STOLEN -My car window was BUSTED out (along side with several other tenants) - YNs walk around with their pistol showing (if you have small kids, be aware) - ppl allow their bad ass kids to vandalize your car too (ask me how I know) -Took maintenance 2 HOURS

I’ve had a great experience living in these apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and overall a comfortable place to call home. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Gladys—she’s been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She’s always responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her persistence and timely communication made moving in and settling down a lot easier. Highly recommend both the apartments and Gladys for anyone looking for a new place to live!

I Visited 3 days ago on Saturday and my experience was Magnificent I went in there and told MS Thomas what I needed and she listened to me and she helped me get exactly what I wanted also . I appreciate her for helping me . She’s the nicest person I visited in past few weeks doing apartment looking journey I think I found the one for me do to her helping me and making me feel comfortable!

Great place to live. Apartments are nice and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking. I would like to give recognition to Leasing Agent Roury Jones. He is very helpful, courteous and professional. He does a great job in the leasing office.

Ms Thomas in the leasing office was amazing with running me down all the details for renting here!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Make sure you see her if you’re coming to apply!!
