So far I have had a great experience with this complex, I like the area, my space in my Apartment, the peacefulness, the staff in this complex have been very helpful. This was a great choice for me❤️

Where do I start?! Let’s just say this has been a nightmare moving from Florida to Georgia. There were several positive reviews and very nice pictures of this community online however pictures can be deceiving. Things started to go downhill when I was given a move in date but this changed three times in a matter of two weeks. I was never given clear communication for the delays. Even after contacting the office by phone several times during the day including emails, no one responded. On the day of the walk through, not only were we not accompanied by a leasing agent, we were told that we would get a unit that would be fully renovated. But we got this instead. How is it that we have a renovated unit with mold growing inside of it? I even had to go as far as contacting corporate, STILL no an

I wish that I could give it a zero stars, there is a lady in the front office with an accent and her attitude is so disgusting, she is so rude. The gate has been broke for months. My tags got stolen in the apartment did not do anything about it. The apartment was a lot better before they got under this new management do not move here.

If I could give this place a -100 I would. First off the have changed management so many times it’s ridiculous and throughout all the changes never has gotten better. All of the maintenance staff that I have encountered from when I moved in back in 2023 up until now are a joke. They don’t take work orders seriously ESPECIALLY when it comes to the HVAC systems. In the winter my apartment is cold and in the summer it’s extremely hot!!! They say their techs are HVAC certified but that’s a lie. I even got a company to come out tell me what the problem was in hopes they would fix it and nothing!!! The came into my unit and changed my air handler and guess what it was still hot why you ask because they installed the wrong unit!!! They say they offer emergency services and they don’t. Best Apartments on Riverdale Rd. Property is clean, the office staff is top notch. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Close to work and school.
