There's spider crickets and roaches That will inhibit in your apartments when you're moving here. They will send only One pest control man to the property to spray pesticide. You have to tell him where to spray. Washmachines have bugs everywhere and will stain your clothes. Dryers partially work and will take your money. They are overpriced. Rent is raised every year regardless if your apartment needs to be fixed. 25 dollar fee per month to keep your pet plus deposit fee. They don't hire enough maintenance people to help each tenant. When there's mold on the walls or bathroom,expect them to paint over it and not clean it. Do not invest in geller properties. They are Greedy and cheap!

As soon as you move in the apartments , something's in the building needs to be fixed. The maintenance people take forever fixing your apartment since theres only 2 and the landlord is not friendly. Geller properties are greedy and will do anything to increase rent no matter the condition of the apartment. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors above, below you and next to you. Expect people in the complex to either stomp loud , tap on your walls or blare loud music. Laundry rooms are not as clean and has junk or supplies from maintenance . Also the price of the wash machines and dryers are expensive to use even though it's for convenience. If you're looking for a cheaper apartment try somewhere else. This one is obviously not worth the investment.

We just moved in here arouddnd march/april and two months later we’re seeing roaches. We cannot wait to move out. The first day here we were trying to move everything in, and we were being a little loud in our neighbors banged on our floor knowing we are just moving in. They constantly play loud music and are very rude.

Every aspect of this place was non professional. Scheduled a tour only for the guy * meintance guy * NOT to show up. No one reached out in anyway. Not welcoming at all. It was more rushed and unorganized.im very happy ive made the decision NOT to move here. Dont recommend!

The apartments are really nice. I live in a friendly very neighborly building. My complaint is with the mismanagement of the complex since we acquired new owners 6 mos ago or so. I had an issue that I reported promptly and I'm still waiting 6 mos later for a resolution that they caused. I put in a work order also to get my sink and shower repaired 2 mos ago and I'm still waiting for some one to even come look at it they are the worst. The property manager is very good at giving you double talk and unfulfilled promises. These are slumlord practices to me and I'm no longer a happy, satisfied customer.
