My elderly mother had a medical emergency over a week ago. Police has to break down the door to save her and I've called this company multiple times about getting the door and frame fixed. It's been over a week and morning has happened. Just called her company again and they told me all we can do is resubmit the work order. My mom cannot leave her apartment because it doesn't lock, the ac is running because hot summer air is coming through from the outside. I'm not happy about how this company takes care of its residence
