Bad experience upon move- out. It is hard to get ahold of them because they rarely answer the phone and they’re only open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It took sometimes weeks to hear back from an email. We did not receive our full deposit refund and when I requested a breakdown of what was withheld it didn’t make sense, and they could not provide the receipts for what was listed. We moved into items from the previous tenant that we left, and they charged us for disposing them even after we explained the situation. They charged us for mowing the lawn when we literally did that the day we moved out and they still refuse to refund us for that cost. If you choose this company then just don’t expect to get your whole refund back, even if you put time and money into getting the house ready.

5 Stars isn't enough for the service Kevin provided!!! Our first agent was not great so a friend recommended Kevin. We were hesitant due to our current experience. We are through the roof that we decided to go with him. He emailed house listings everyday and texted the ones that met our criteria. He was Jonny on the spot getting showing! He actually listened to what we wanted and what we wanted. When looking at houses he was a wealth of information. He could give us estimated costs on repairs to help make decisions to see if it was affordable for us. He also gave ideas on what we could do to make the houses more ours. We actually found a house after a long house journey. He took care of basically everything. He went way above and beyond of our expectations. Don’t waste your time on anyone

Called multiple times, left messages to see a home on Madison Street in KC Mo. while I was in town trying to secure a home to live in. They didn't even try to accommodate for a showing. If I was the property owner I would be upset. As a future lessee I will definitely cross them off my list. The rude agent acted like I was a bother.

We can’t thank Kevin and Bobbie enough for what they did for us. With this crazy market, everything moved at the speed of light.
