Lennar at Stoneriver

We had an overall good experience with the sales team, no pressure house shopping and really easy to work with. Had a very good purchase process thru closing. House completed on time, no issues to note. Construction crews have been relatively easy to deal with while living here, no major complaints (active construction so keep an eye out for nails/screws in the roads) . Nice neighborhood, good walkability, and people seem friendly and nice. Good area in the Triangle to get around to places with ease and when 540 completes construction it will be even better. Overall very good/excellent experience so far.

The Sales Representative, Lyndsey was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy. She answered our questions and showed us a home on Crossbill Drive. We were given a full packet of information. No negotiation needed. Price was fixed. No hidden extras. The community is beautiful with great amenities and coinvent to North Hills.

11-23-24 at 12:30, Unpleasant experience with the salesman. (Stoneriver Knightdale) He kept asking things like are you preapproved? I felt very uncomfortable. I cannot have a piece of paper showing my floor plans or available lots? And then I told him how come you want to know what I can afford and I don’t even know what your homes sale for? Then he stated some ranges and I told him the highest range. But again I could not get a Lennar packet from him. *I don’t want to walk in any of the homes I told him. I’m not sure if it’s a good match. I just wanna see the floorplans, but that’s not happening. Even filling out a card with my info. was not enough so I left. Glad I took back the card I filled out.
