I feel that this realty co. Is doing something should NOT do!! CHARGING $50.00 per person for Credit check! NON-REFUNDABLE!! Thought that was banned years ago!! Also I feel that there are certian people 1 woman who is very Racial!! Felt discrimination when she saw what type of couple we were!! Too uppity and too much high priced rental!! All over this county!! This pertains too Vernon Rockville tolland and Ellington!! I would be very learn of signing any forms with this company get info from people who are active renters at the place you'd like too try for!! Please just play safe!!

Donna is such a wonderful person!! She's extremely warm and professional, Unfournately, she's not the property manager but has worked their for YEARS. Amanda on the other hand (property manager) has no empathy and is extremely rude! I would never recommend anyone to move here because she is unprofessional.

Was looking to get an apartment and Amanda Rein was EXTREMELY rude and unpleasant, even going as far as blocking me from messaging her! All bc I wrote her on two seperate occasions MONTHS apart smh. Apparently my money isnt good enough and clearly customer service isn't her strong suit. Glad she wont be my landlord anyways with her scary face and stupid nose #creepy🤣👎🤚
