The pricing is kind of criminal for what you are getting. when i lived here forever ago it was like 700 something for a 2 bed that same 2bed now is about 1100$ mind you it looks identical to as it did a decade ago. We're talking plug in lights. or a you have a fan with a plug running down from the ceiling into a socket. Coin operated on site laundry. Roaches are wild here. Staff is very nice though.

Been living here for an over a year now. The apartments are very cheap for the area and the way the economy is now, it’s great that the owner still have prices his apartments from back in the day prices. It’s hard to find a place under a 1000.00. The apartments are not modern it’s an older apartment building so that’s why it’s at a good price range. One of the things I have problems with is, no one is really friendly in the apartment complex and everyone seems to stay to themselves with no kind of communication skills. Everyone just seems to get out their car and look straight ahead without speaking and go inside. Everyone here is very nonchalant. It’s scary because I barely know my neighbors. many positives about this apartment complex. office and maintenance staff are kind, responsive, and very helpful. the apartments themselves are built solid and the walls aren't paper thin like many other places. i toured, applied, and was approved in about an hour. the process was easy, and Megan made my experience as a first time renter as painless and easy to understand as possible. When my dishwasher had an issue, maintenance responded quick and efficiently.

I was backing out of my spot when all the sudden one of those go carts with a heavy set latino man started yelling at me to watch it. I told him he showed up out of no where just a few inches from my car, and he threated to tell the apartments i was harassing him. He was a maintenance man.

The manager is so crass and condescending , the head maintenance man is the only thing that makes it okay. They take no responsibility for any of the many problems that come with simply living here. I have cold water and get charged a fee for gas( the antiquated boiler hot water system. They have windows falling out of the building I live in from neglect and rot. They charge an enormous fee for sewage which is raw and rolling down the street to walk in. The dust is so bad from old single pane windows and no insulation. No parking. 30 pound pet limit but small dogs are the exception. The grounds are dirty but nobody cares about anything except the rent being paid on time.
