Trash is frequently left piled up outside, which attracts pests and creates unpleasant smells. Residents often let their dogs relieve themselves everywhere, including on the sidewalk. There are ongoing issues with residents parking in the bike lane and in neighboring parking lots. Loud parties, blasting music, and littering are common. There seems to be little consideration for others in the surrounding area. There have also been reports of packages and other items being stolen. If you value peace and safety, this may not be the place for you.

I've given up on this property. I applied in May 2024, expecting to move in a few months later. Construction was delayed twice, my file was handed off to someone else at Eden 3 times, and in January 2025 they effectively canceled my application putting me on the waitlist even though I was one of the OG applicants. In other words, I wasted almost a year trying to move in here. I held up hope because I work on Shoreline Blvd, but best of luck to anyone that actually moves in to this place. I'm moving somewhere market rate.

Terrible they don’t have a live person to contact for information just a cap cha that sends you in a loop to nowhere property, why would anybody want to live there?
