This apartment building is well maintained and clean. The property manager is very kind and the units are well taken care of. There is covered parking and a clean pool with an orange tree. Location is also pretty good because you can easily walk to a few stores. Very good for some of the cheaper apartments in MV. Streets are quiet at night though apartments can get hot during the day. This is only an issue if you don't have a fan or keep your windows open
