I am excited for your complex that you found a new management company. Professional property management services will do a great job for your complex. My mother in laws place was ready for sale since 1/2/2025 and KC property management did nothing to get the unit sold. Professional property management services had the unit sold in one month after they took over.

Communication is the worst I've ever experienced. It took 3 months for my application to get denied just because my previous tax returns didn't show enough income. That's only the case because I put 90% of my income to a 401k which doesn't show up on tax returns because it's only taxed when you take that money out. They weren't willing to work with me unless I spent another $100 to apply again! Throughout the whole situation I had to call many times and leave multiple voicemails. Not a single time did I get a call back. I will say the community looks nice but don't expect to hear back from them anytime soon if you apply.

Very nice community to live in. Management is A-1 professional. Always visitor parking spots available. Amenities are great here at James Towne Co-Ops!

the parking is insane. never a visitors spot. everyone who lives there has at least 3 cars to each townhouse.
