Worst place to live. 714 dollars which is basically a rook. Construction going on throughout the day. Roaches. Best thing about that place is Jeff. The maintenance man. Super cool dude I give him 5 stars. Other than that your told to deal with it. Unfortunately I'm stuck here for now. Don't make the same mistake.

Update. Staff have been leaving the roof door open causing the reinforced door to slam into the building where everyone can hear it, I keep contacting the property management, and the issue gets resolved but maintenance just does it again, this is a major health concern at least the high electromagnetic radiation is as it can cause one to get very irradiated to the point of death. If you choose to live here I strongly recommend a geiger counter and a hazmat suit for you and your whole family (photo in post) This place just keeps getting worse and worse, everything always keeps getting more and more run down, with all the mold, pests, poor management, a/c always broken, you are better off homeless than living here, but if you have to live here always make sure you have other places setup a

I recently moved in and you can feel the love that compassion the managers are so nice and caring they go above and beyond to meet you where you're at and to help you not only move in but with any anxiety questions or concerns and I am so very grateful I thank God for this place and I think God for the amazing management that's here and the maintenance personnel.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I currently live here with my husband and 2 kids. This is our first place we’ve had together as a family, and also the worst place we have ever lived at. We currently do not have hot water for the third time this year. There are tenants living in apartments that have holes in their ceilings, mold in places that should’ve been taken care of long ago if the maintenance and management were actually good at their job. Instead, they’re putting new carpet in the halls and main floor, and put brand new flooring on the ground level, when there’s water damage and water already leaking on the brand new floor. They need new or more people working here to keep up since the maintenance guy just rinks of alcohol everyday and can’t do anything that he’s supp

A3 year old child fell to their death today. I reviewed years of comments and 1 of the biggest is a/c in disrepair. If the air worked this cold may still be alive today. Because the windows would have been closed and the ninth floor has to be over 100 degrees today. Browse for yourself before choosing your family home. -management time to stop being greedy, help your tenants out it sell to someone that can manage resources efficiently. I bet your air works
