Hiro Apartments

I’ve lived at Hiro Apartment for about three months now, and it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet and feels very safe, which makes everyday living really comfortable. The management and staff are warm, professional, and very responsive—anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they followed up quickly and made things easy. Another big plus is that the apartments feel newly renovated and well maintained. The finishes are modern, everything feels clean, and the overall condition is excellent. Move-in was smooth, and the building is consistently calm and well cared for. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend Hiro Apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live.

I’ve lived here for a year so far and these are my thoughts: Team is friendly, efficient, and responsive despite not having a leasing office. Love the single car garages, landscaping around the walkways, and the dog park. Units have good closet spaces and the finishes are neutral and modern which make it great to decorate. Convenient location close to downtown and 101. Quiet, cozy property with a zen vibe/aesthetic. My only complaint is the package room being a bit smaller than most. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here and think most would too!

I toured Hiro on Monday and I had a great experience with with the staff. They were super friendly and went over options with me and my partner. They even went with us even though we scheduled a self-guided tour. That alone was such a breath of fresh air, most other places I've toured barely give you the time of day when you walk in, and very rarely go out on tour with prospective residents. I still have a few tours before I can make my decision, but I loved how the community was setup, the homes were clean and moderns and the community spaces were so ZEN! Never seen anything like it! Definitely worth taking a tour here :)

I had the pleasure of touring the beautiful modern Hiro Apartments with Lanie. From the clean and aesthetically stunning lobby to the stylish rooftop lounge and high end fitness center, every space reflects luxurious living. The apartments feature spacious layouts, upscale finishes, and windows that bring in incredible natural light. The modern organic design throughout the property is stunning! It truly feels like an elevated living experience. The tour was easy, enjoyable and exciting. Lanie’s thorough knowledge made the entire process smooth and enjoyable! I left the tour feeling excited and confident, knowing I had been guided by someone who’s truly passionate about this stunning property.

I recently toured Hiro Apartments in Mountain View while considering options for downsizing, given my early-stage Alzheimer’s diagnosis. The smaller, well-designed units with open layouts felt manageable and easy to navigate. I appreciated the modern finishes and thoughtful touches like smart home features that could simplify daily tasks. The building itself was quiet, secure, and the staff were friendly, patient and understanding. The location is excellent, close to shops and restaurants, which could make running errands easier, and the nearby public transit would be very helpful if I need to get around. What was most special, is that I felt a sense of community here, which will encourage me to continue to be social!
