Heatherstone Apartments

Living at Heatherstone Apartments for the past three years has been an absolute pleasure for us. From the moment we moved in, it truly felt like home. Our apartment was wonderful; we especially loved the great sunlight pouring through the patio doors on both the south and west sides. It made the space feel so bright and welcoming, and we always felt comfortable and safe here. The management team deserves a special mention especially Emily, Thalia and Brandon– they were always friendly, professional and quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently by Francisco and Berto, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for us, being close to El Camino. Amazing place to live. We spend 5 years in this apartment while working on an onsite assignment at Silicon Valley. The Leasing Office staff are caring and helpful since the first day and throughout the stay. Service tickets were resolved Ontime. Renting & move out process was pretty smooth and straight forward. Grocery shops , Asian shops and restaurants are just walk by. Google office is just 2.5 mile away. Steven Creek trail starts just a few steps away.

Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable — she took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed. It’s always refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

I recently had Beto come out to repair my dishwasher, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He arrived on time, is very professional, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. My dishwasher is now working perfectly. Highly recommended! Heatherstone is a great neighborhood.
