Harbour Point Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Beware!! Reposting my honest review because they’re apparently deleting reviews??? so definitely be aware and I’ll keep reposting every time they delete it!! These apartments are unsafe! There was a drive by shooting a month ago which is just another reason we are moving out. This used to be a good community but after living here 8 years, we can’t take all the changes that made this complex worse. Every neighbor we’ve made friends with is looking for a way out. Paying for uncovered parking spots in a parking lot that floods every time it rains, paying to trash pick up and sometimes they won’t even show up to pick up the trash or they will come loudly past midnight! Units infested with roaches, rats and mold. None of these air conditioners in any of these units work p

I know that you may see many one star bad reviews, but here is what I will tell you. I haven’t lived here very long but I know that the office staff truly cares. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure that I was in a unit that I could truly afford. Laresha is very understanding and makes sure to communicate effectively with us. Danielle made the application process smooth and seamless. Yes there has apparently been a change in management over time, however the new office staff is trying everything they can to improve the living experience in the complex. It won’t be fast or easy. But I know they can get it done, because they are truly about change.

BEWARE!! One of the worst places I have ever rented with. Make sure you tour the unit you are getting and look out for MOLD AND NO AIR CONDITIONING. Spent eight years living here and watched it gradually decline and go downhill. At first didn’t mind the issues for the price point but for almost 2000? No thanks lol Finally leaving this place after a DRIVE BY SHOOTING the other week made it feel like an extremely unsafe place to keep my family not to mention the homeless living in the field next to the complex breaking into cars. Be prepared to pay luxury prices for units with mold, no air conditioning, and overrun with pests (rats mice and German roaches) no matter how hard you combat them. When moving into The Harborpoint Apartments, the Manager Mrs.Lisa Allen and another one of her staff showed me, and my sister the unit I would be occuping. I loved the unit as soon as she opened the door. Her assistant 's Mrs. Danielle, and Miss Laresha , were so polite to where i could have been talking to a robot ♥️. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is very clean, the workout room is a plus . When putting in a request for something to be fixed, maintenance is on it. Signed Mrs.Kinderly Giles.

By far one of the worst places to live. To start with, the roach infestation still continues to be problem. That alone is living hazard that needs to be taken care off immediately! Roaches crawling out from the outlets. My friend has been dealing this for months. Never got dealt with Second, Mold growth that never got taken care of, even after numerous service tickets submitted and verbally voiced to the technician! It's been deferred by "we will come back and take care of it". Third, in a span of a month the AC unit has not been properly working 6 times. At this point you would consider that the unit is bad and should be replaced! No, the minimum fix has been always been put in place, just for to stop working in a few days.
