Grandview Estates

I have a friend who lives there and complains bitterly how intrusive management and authorities are. Said they go through her fridge and freezer and tells her what she can and can’t have. Same with her cabinets. That in my book, is an invasion of privacy. Is that even legal, if true? Also that no holiday outdoor decorations are allowed. How anti social is that? These are only a couple of things she mentioned but she can’t go anywhere else that’s as affordable. I don’t know what she told me is true but it’s very worrisome nonetheless. I have been in her unit and they are very nice and roomy, though. I would love to live there but just don’t know if I could tolerate the rules and restrictions. Wish they had locations a little further east.

I perform the city rental safety inspections, and recently had the opportunity to do the inspections on both properties. I was in every unit at both sites, and was really impressed with the grounds and the maintenance. However, I was very excited to see the manager interact with the tenants. It was obvious that she is on top of things and really cares about the property residents.
